The prices are per room, per night, for double occupancy and include:
- 20% discount from the rates for early bookings made and paid in advance by 31.10.2026.
- Accommodation in the selected room type
- Meals according to the chosen package – breakfast (BB) or breakfast and dinner (HB)
- Access to Mountain Relax Lounge Orlovetz, including use of: relaxation pool, herbal sauna, aroma sauna, infrared halo sauna, aroma steam bath, tropical shower, salt room, relaxation area, and fitness center
- Access to Body & Soul SPA Lounge Perelik, including use of: swimming pool, kids pool, large jacuzzi, adventure shower, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, cedar sauna, herbal sauna, aroma steam bath, sauna steam room, herbal steam bath, hammam access, salt room, ice room, relax lounge and fitness center
- Use of the children’s play area in the hotel and access to the play room at Perelik hotel
- Shuttle service to and from the ski zone (on schedule) and a locker for storing personal equipment in the hotel
- Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, tourist tax, and VAT
- Outdoor parking available (subject to availability upon arrival)
Additional services available for a fee (not subject to discounts):
- Christmas dinner on Dec 25th with festive buffet menu and musical program at restaurant Perelik: supplement for ВВ packages – 100 € per adult, 50 € per child (6-11 y.o.). Supplement for prepaid HB packages (mandatory) – 70 € per adult, 35 € per child (6-11 y.o.). Children under 5 years are free of charge.
- New Year’s Eve dinner with a festive set menu with beverages included and musical program:
200 € per adult, 100 € per child (6-11 y.o.). Children under 5 years are free of charge.
*The New Year’s Eve dinner is a mandatory part of the package for all bookings with an overnight stay on December 31st.
*All tables are set for a minimum of 4 guests. Smaller groups will be seated with other guests. Table preferences cannot be accepted, as the seating arrangements depend on the overall organization and the total number of guests.
Conditions for accommodation of additional guests in the units:
- Single person accommodation (excluding New Year period when SGL=DBL) – 25% discount from the room price.
During the New Year period, the full price of the room is paid. - Child up to 5 years old on extra bed is free of charge.
- Child from 6 to 11 years on extra bed uses 50% discount from the price of a regular bed for an adult.
When accommodating on a regular bed, the full price of the bed is paid. - Adult (person over 12 years) on extra bed uses 75% discount from the price of a regular bed for the relevant type of room.
- One adult with one child up to 5 years is calculated as a single accommodation for the relevant type of room.
*Child/Adult discounts, on extra bed are valid for full occupancy of the regular beds in the unit.
General Conditions
The offer is valid for stays between 01.12.2026 and 31.03.2027 and constitutes part of the contract,
which includes the General Terms and Conditions for bookings and cancellations.
- For all reservations with stay on 25th and 31st of December a mandatory minimal stay of 3 consecutive nights is required.
- Buffet dinner excludes beverages. For fewer than 30 guests, meals are served à la carte.
- On December 25, the dinner at the Orlovetz restaurant is a standard buffet. Alternatively, a Christmas dinner with a festive buffet menu and musical entertainment at the Perelik Restaurant can be booked for an additional fee.
- On December 31, dinner is served only with a festive New Year’s set menu, and no buffet is available.
- An underground parking lot is available for an additional fee and subject to availability upon arrival – 10 € per day.
- Storage of ski/snowboard equipment, including ski boots, in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Early check-in and late check-out are confirmed subject to availability and for an additional fee on-site.
- In the event of sudden inflationary changes, the hotel reserves the right to update the prices in the offer.
Booking Conditions and Payment Deadlines
- Each reservation is guaranteed with an advance payment of 50%, which must be made within 3 calendar days of booking.
If payment is not received within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled. - Reservations for the WINTER SEASON are paid in full upon check-in at the hotel.
- Reservations for NEW YEAR’S PERIOD must be paid in full by 30.11.2026. Reservations for New Year’s Eve made after this period must be 100% prepaid.
- If payment is not made by the specified deadlines, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and penalties will apply according to the cancellation policies.
Cancellation and Penalty Conditions
Refunds due from the Hotelier, if applicable, will be made within 14 days of the cancellation date to the client’s provided bank account.
Confirmed reservations for the WINTER SEASON can be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation after this period or a no-show on the day of check-in, a penalty of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged, deducting the prepaid amount.
Confirmed reservations for NEW YEAR’S PERIOD can be cancelled without penalty until 30.11.2026.
If the cancellation occurs after this period or in case of no-show on the check-in date, a 100% penalty of the reservation amount will be applied. In case of early departure or shortening of the stay, no refunds will be given.
