The prices are per person in the selected room type and include:

- Two-day access to DJ parties featuring special guest performers:

Double rooms feature two regular beds and an armchair (70cm х 190cm).
General Terms & Conditions
- The offer is valid for the period 6 December 2026 – 10 December 2026, with a minimum stay of two nights.
- Underground parking is available at an additional charge and subject to availability upon arrival.
- Buffet dinners include one complimentary drink of your choice: a glass of wine or beer.
- If there are fewer than 30 guests staying at the hotel, meals will be served as a set menu.
Reservation & Payment Terms
- Each reservation is guaranteed by an advance payment of 50% within 3 calendar days of making the reservation.
- If payment is not received within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Full payment deadline: 30 November 2026.
- If full payment is not made within the specified deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and cancellation
- fees will apply according to the applicable cancellation terms.
Cancellation Terms & Penalties
Where a refund is due from the hotel, the amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by the client within 14 days of the cancellation date.
For cancellations made up to 30 November 2026, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations made after this date, or in the event of no-show on the check-in date, a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
In the event of early departure or shortening of the stay for all or some of the guests included in the reservation, no refunds will be provided.
