The prices are per room, for the selected package, for double occupancy and include:
- 20% discount from the package rates for early bookings made and paid in advance by 31.10.2026.
- Accommodation in the selected room type
- Meals according to the chosen package – buffet breakfast (BB) or buffet breakfast and dinner (HB)
*Buffet dinner is not included on December 31st
Access to both spa & relax lounge centers:
- Access to Mountain Relax Lounge Orlovetz, including use of: relaxation pool, herbal sauna, aroma sauna, infrared halo sauna, aroma steam bath, tropical shower, salt room, relaxation area, and fitness center
- Access to Body & Soul SPA Lounge Perelik, including use of: swimming pool, kids pool, large jacuzzi, adventure shower, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, cedar sauna, herbal sauna, aroma steam bath, sauna steam room, herbal steam bath, hammam access, salt room, ice room, relax lounge and fitness center
- Use of the children’s play area in the hotel and access to the play room at Perelik hotel
- Shuttle service to and from the ski zone (on schedule) and a locker for storing personal equipment in the hotel
- Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, tourist tax, and VAT
- Outdoor parking available (subject to availability upon arrival)
New Year’s Eve Gala dinner supplement – mandatory part of the package for all bookings with stay on Dec 31st:
- New Year’s Eve dinner with a festive set menu with beverages included and musical program:
200 € for an adult, 100 € for a child (aged 6 to 11 y.o.). New Year’s Eve dinner for children under 5 year is free of charge. *Gala dinner is not a subject to discounts. **All tables are set for a minimum of 6 guests. Smaller groups will be seated with other guests. Table preferences cannot be accepted, as the seating arrangements depend on the overall organization and the total number of guests.
Conditions for accommodation of additional guests in the units:
- For single occupancy during the New Year period, the full price of the room is paid.
- Child up to 5 years old on extra bed is free of charge.
- Child from 6 to 11 years on extra bed uses 50% discount from the price of a regular bed for an adult.
When accommodating on a regular bed, the full price of the bed is paid. - Adult (person over 12 years) on extra bed uses 25% discount from the price of a regular bed for the relevant type of room.
- One adult with one child up to 5 years in a Double room or Junior suite/maisonette is calculated as a SGL accommodation.

General Terms and Conditions
The offer is valid for stays in the New Year’s holidays (28.12.2026 till 02.01.2027) with stay on 31st of December
and constitutes part of the contract, which includes the General Terms and Conditions for bookings and cancellations.

| Each reservation is guaranteed with an advance payment of 50% within 3 calendar days of booking. | Confirmed reservations for New year’s period can be cancelled without penalty until 30.11.2026. If the cancellation occurs after this period or in case of no-show on the check-in date, a 100% penalty of the reservation amount will be applied. |
| Full payment of New Year packages has to be made 30.11.2026. | In case of early departure or shortening of the stay, no refunds will be given. |
